A defamation suit filed on 7 January 2010 by former Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo against Ng Suee Lim, seeking RM10 million, was struck out by the High Court after Khir Toyo applied to withdraw the case.
