Biography

Sanisvara Nethaji Rayer s/o Rajaji Rayer (commonly known as RSN Rayer) was born on 11 June 1971 in Alor Setar [1]. He is a Malaysian politician and practising lawyer who has served as the Member of Parliament for Jelutong, Pulau Pinang, since May 2018, under the Pakatan Harapan (PH) banner as a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP) [2].
