兰卡柏星（Ramkarpal Singh s/o Karpal Singh，1976年4月9日生）是马来西亚政治人物兼律师，自2014年5月起出任槟城布吉格鲁国会议员[1]。他是民主行动党（民主行动党）党员，行动党为希盟成员党[1]。兰卡柏星早年就读于槟城圣芳济学校及Seri Inai学校（今腾比国际学校），1997年赴英国布里斯托大学修读法律，翌年获格雷律师学院召入律师行列，并于2000年正式加入马来西亚律师公会[2]。他是已故马来西亚著名律师、前行动党全国主席卡巴星（Karpal Singh）的第三子[1]。2014年4月17日，其父在一宗道路交通意外中不幸离世。同年5月25日，兰卡柏星以37,659票多数在布吉格鲁补选中胜出，并于7月10日宣誓就任国会议员[1]。其后，他分别在2018年第14届全国大选（以55,951票多数）及2022年第15届全国大选中蝉联该议席[3]。2022年12月，他出任首相署副部长，主管法律及制度改革事务，至2023年12月主动辞职[1]。目前，他主持其父位于槟城格林豪的律师事务所，并自2025年3月起担任行动党副秘书长，自2024年9月起出任行动党槟州副主席[1]。
